and Taking on the Challenge of Next-Generation Urban Development —

DAIBIRU CORPORATION (Daibiru; President & CEO: Takashi Maruyama; Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka) today announced that it has made an investment in Asilla, Inc. (Asilla; Representative Director, CEO and COO: Go Onoue; Headquarters: Machida City, Tokyo (Note 1)).

Daibiru actively promotes the introduction of technologies that contribute to creating safe and comfortable spaces, aiming to enhance urban value and advance community development. This investment reflects Daibiru’s high regard for the technological capabilities and proven track record of Asilla’s AI security solution, “AI Security asilla,” and is intended to enhance safety and operational efficiency in the office buildings and commercial facilities that the company owns.
Asilla provides AI Security asilla, an AI security system that, by using its proprietary behavior recognition AI to analyze the posture and movements of people in video footage in real time, instantly detects and gives notice of abnormal behavior such as falls, violence, intrusions, and unattended objects. This technology is drawing attention as an effective solution to challenges facing the security industry, such as labor shortages, an aging workforce, and rising costs. So far, it has been implemented in over 150 facilities worldwide, including mixed-use complexes, stations, hotels, hospitals, and airports.
