The CornerStone Building in Hanoi, Vietnam achieved LEED Platinum Certification for Operations & Maintenance｜News

DAIBIRU CORPORATION (President & CEO: Takashi Maruyama; Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka, hereinafter the “Company”) would like to announce the CornerStone Building in Hanoi, Vietnam, which is owned and operated by our group company Daibiru CSB Co., Ltd., has achieved LEED Platinum Certification for Operations & Maintenance ^*1.

LEED Operations & Maintenance Certification

In this building, we have actively promoted to reduce environmental impact, including the introduction of solar power panels ^*2 —the first initiative of its kind for a A-grade office building in Hanoi—and Transition to 100% Emissions-Free Electricity Use ^*3.
