Notice of Opening of ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices Shared Office Facility｜News

DAIBIRU CORPORATION (President & CEO: Takashi Maruyama; Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka) hereby announces the opening on November 1, 2025 of ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices in the Yaesu Daibiru Building (completed in June 2025). This facility is jointly operated with Compass Offices Japan K.K. (Representative Director / Country Head: Kazuya Morikawa; Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo).

ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices is the second shared office facility to be operated under the “ouno” brand and follows ouno Midosuji (Japanese), which is located in the Midosuji Daibiru Building in Osaka.

The Yaesu Daibiru Building is a distinguished, high-grade office building located in the hub of Japan’s economy. It has stately, heavy stonework that sets it apart from its surroundings and embodies a sense of prestige. It is the culmination of the technologies and expertise that Daibiru has accumulated through more than 100 years of office building management in Tokyo and Osaka, giving maximum consideration to the latest BCP and environment requirements.

At this time, while leveraging these distinctive features of the Yaesu Daibiru Building, Daibiru formed a partnership with Compass Offices, a company headquartered in Hong Kong that has strengths in attracting foreign-affiliated companies and operates a wide range of high-quality shared and flexible office businesses throughout the Asia-Pacific region. In a society where work styles are diversifying, we will provide each working individual an optimal environment and new value through spaces that respond to constantly-changing and varied needs and refined designs and services.

A diverse lineup of workspaces suitable for use by a wide range of clients, from professionals in fields such as legal and accounting, to growing startups, corporate teams, and globally active large enterprises are available. The private spaces and offices are fully furnished and can flexibly accommodate groups ranging from one to fifty people. Tenants can avail of complimentary use of the business lounge, which is also suitable for hosting events.
