DAIBIRU CORPORATION (President & CEO: Takashi Maruyama; Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka, hereinafter the “Company”) would like to announce Saigon Tower Building in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, which is owned and operated by our group company Daibiru Saigon Tower Co., Ltd., has achieved LEED Platinum Certification for Operations & Maintenance ^*1, internationally recognized standard for sustainable operations and maintenance.

LEED Operations & Maintenance Certification

In this building, we have actively promoted to reduce environmental impact, including the introduction of recycling waste from this building and Transition to 100% Emissions-Free Electricity Use ^*2.

These initiatives have been highly recognized, resulting in the achievement of LEED Platinum certification for Operations & Maintenance, the highest rating in the program that evaluates the environmental performance and management practices of existing buildings. Only four buildings have acquired Platinum certification in the business district of Ho Chi Minh City.
