Launch of the Yaesu Daibiru Building Collaborative Project:
“nosh” + “ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices”Transforming a Room in a Shared Office into a Dining Space

DAIBIRU CORPORATION (President & CEO: Takashi Maruyama; Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka) has launched a new in-office collaboration at the Yaesu Daibiru Building which utilizes the frozen meal delivery service “nosh” operated by Nosh Inc. (CEO: Tomoya Tanaka; Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka), at the shared office area “ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices,” which DAIBIRU CORPORATION jointly operates with Compass Offices Japan K.K. (Representative Director / Country Head: Kazuya Morikawa; Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo).

A New Office Culture Themed on “The Food and Health of Working People”

As part of this project, a room in the shared office area has been made available as a space in which office tenants are free to enjoy “nosh” healthy frozen meals. This room is equipped with a freezer and a microwave, to allow tenants to savor convenient, nutritionally balanced meals during their work breaks, and will help to create a new in-office wellness experience.

This initiative is intended to combine the business-to-business model office nosh (Japanese), which is promoted by nosh, with the know-how on flexible workspace management of “ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices.”

We will promote tenant wellness and community building and present a vision of a new workstyle that seamlessly connects “working” with “eating” by integrating a “dining space” into the everyday office environment.
