Overview of shared office “ouno”

In May 2024 we opened Daibiru’s first shared office, “ouno Midosuji,” which is based on the concept of “providing premium space for each and every person.” Furthermore, in November 2025, we opened ouno Yaesu × Compass Offices in Yaesu Daibiru Building, Tokyo and will deliver outstanding environments and new values, with customers able to use both locations.

Comfortable, premium office space to support diverse work styles

Recently, there is demand for new-style office spaces adapted to diversifying work styles. We therefore launched our share office business, “ouno,” based on our extensive knowledge of office management and tenant feedback.
“ouno,” a portmanteau of “office” and “uno” (Italian for “one”), embodies the concept of a premium space for each and every person.

Seeking new potential for office development by offering new value

Our first “ouno,” ouno Midosuji, launched in 2024 with a refined design, high-quality furniture, service staff, and high-level security to give users peace of mind and comfort.
We have also decided to launch ouno Yaesu, completed in June 2025. Customers will be able to use both bases, and going forward, we will enhance comfort and convenience, to provide strong support to working people.

A new base linking people and businesses

Our new initiative in the share office business is challenging, but it is a field with growing demand, which makes it very rewarding to be involved. Each day, we work to improve the quality of service and usability while listening to user feedback, striving to create a more comfortable, valuable environment. I am encouraged by user comments that they prefer a Daibiru share office, and appreciate the unique design and quality. Meanwhile, we will continue to evolve, linking people and businesses, the community and nature, aiming to be a base for producing new ideas and collaboration.
